UK Delivery options explained

We aim to make the whole world boujee one country at a time, so unfortunately only UK orders will be accepted for now.


Please allow one working day for all standard/free shipping orders to be processed & dispatched.


Royal Mail Standard 2nd class (3-7 days) 


  • Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd class items between 2-3 days but could take up to 7 days before arrival


Royal Mail Standard signed for 48 hour (2-3 days) £3.82 (RECOMMENDED)


  • Proof of delivery including a signature from the receiver
  • Delivery aim: two to three working days including Saturdays, could take up to 7 days before arrival
  • Confirm online or on your mobile when your item has been delivered


Royal Mail 1st class next day 24 hour £3.35 (RECOMMENDED)


  • Aims to deliver the next working day including Saturdays
  • Great value option to get your post delivered safely and on time


Royal Mail 1st class signed for next day 24 hours £4.35 (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)

 

  • Confirm online or via your mobile when your item has been delivered
  • Aim to deliver next working day, including Saturdays
  • Proof of delivery including a signature from the receiver



Returns

All customers have 14 days after the order has been received to change their mind about there order or request a refund or exchange. 


All shoes are delivered in shoe boxes. We try our best to ensure no damage occurs to the boxes whilst in transit however we hope you appreciate that accidents can sometimes happen. 


Refunds and exchanges will only be processed for products which are faulty and unworn. Please do not be offended if photographic proof is requested in some of these cases.


All returns will be accepted as long as original product is received in its original packaging along with the sales invoice or proof of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE ALL ORDERS PLACED OVER THE WEEKEND (SATURDAY AND SUNDAY) WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING WORKING DAY. IF THERE IS A DISCREPANCY WITH ROYAL MAIL WHERE ITEMS HAVE BEEN TRACKED/SIGNED FOR THEN WE CAN ONLY ISSUE A REFUND BACK TO THE CUSTOMER ONCE THE ISSUE HAS BEEN RAISED WITH THE COURIER FIRST AND CONFIRMATION OF THIS HAS BEEN MADE TO US BY THE COURIER.
